bliss

today i just sat in front of the mirror and thought about my progress so far and what it means to me. being trans is so hard, but so rewarding. i get to live life from two totally different perspectives. here’s bliss:

moonlight bath with fallen stars
gaze defiant guarded hearts
trusting bodies, merging minds
accursed ghosts are left behind

searing vision, aiming true
blending pasts & presents new
fearing nothing, strutting on
blissful life has just begun
