harmony

i wasn’t feeling that incredible today. yesterday’s birthday party events left me feeling drained both physically and emotionally. i don’t think i like golf at all (sorry dad). i took Luna on a walk up to the park in the foothills and we just sat for a while and stayed present. here’s harmony:

the air that you breathe is shared by the trees
the smells a gift from the flowers, blessed by the bees
the bugs have claimed each place you see –
filled with trodden grass and mossy paths
squirrels in the trees, birds in the breeze
your place right here in harmony
