i’m incredibly fortunate to have such wonderful and supportive parents. my mom is my rock and i can feel myself becoming more like her. not necessarily externally, but the way she carries herself is an inspiration to me, so i could only be so lucky. here’s mother:

your independence she grew
broken hearts she’s mended
never left undefended
